1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the cd 444 platform and all users of its services. The definitions below carry the same meaning throughout this document:

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal is processed. Bonus funds linked to an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

4.3 Transaction Verification

The platform may request additional verification for any transaction. Suspicious or unusual transactions may be put on hold and investigated.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cd 444 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a balance of ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before the funds become withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• The minimum deposit to claim a bonus is ৳100.
• Bonus funds are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• A new bonus generally cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
• Each bonus is valid only within the time limit specified in its offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotions

Weekly reload bonuses, slot bonuses, cricket offers, birthday rewards, and referral rewards each have their own separate terms. It is the member's responsibility to check the relevant terms before claiming any offer.

6. Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game and betting results are determined by the technical system. In the event of a technical error, cd 444 reserves the right to void the relevant round or re-evaluate the result.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the settlement of bets placed after a match has started or when an event is suspended may follow separate rules. If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be returned.

6.3 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's or croupier's decision is final. If a connection is lost after a bet has already been accepted, the outcome of that bet will be determined by the system.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum winnings on a single round or a single bet slip in any game or betting market may be capped. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out.

7. VIP Program

The cd 444 VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net loss.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net loss.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% cashback on weekly net loss.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net loss.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% cashback on weekly net loss.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold tier member's net loss for a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

Cashback may be credited automatically or through a claim. VIP tier upgrades depend on overall activity on the platform and are managed at cd 444's discretion.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cd 444 platform:

• Operating an account using a false or someone else's identity.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (multi-accounting).
• Abusing the bonus system — such as using risk-free betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements.
• Interfering with or attempting to hack the platform's software.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a source of illegal funds.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour toward platform staff.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Legal action may also be taken where necessary.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Platform Rights

cd 444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if there is sufficient cause. Sufficient cause includes: prohibited activities, suspected fraud, breach of terms and conditions, and legal obligations.

9.2 Closure at User's Request

A member who wishes to close their account may contact us via live chat. Any pending withdrawal requests will be settled before the account is closed. However, if an active bonus's wagering requirement has not been met, the bonus funds will be cancelled.
